Our responsibility to our clients does not end when our equipment is shipped to the jobsite. In fact, one of our most important assets comes into play at that point...our skill in jobsite supervision! Intimately familiar with all aspects of our systems, we are able to explain to the installers just how the job is laid out. We can answer any mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical questions which might arise, and by so doing we are able to prevent system problems and costly rework which unclear instructions or poor supervision frequently causes.
Armed with complete installation, wiring, operating, and maintenance manuals, we can guide the installers not only in piping layout but also valve placement and in the exacting nature of underbed and media placement. Proper bed installation can be the key to efficient operations and is a leading problem for system malfunction. Since bed placement is slow costly work, it is imperative that the work be done properly the first time.
After installation is complete, we check out the entire system for correct functioning of all facets of system operation. All rates and volumes and water quality are measured to assure conformance to specifications.
During the system shakedown period, we are available to check progress, monitor operating procedures, and make sure that all portions of the system function properly and are understood by the operators.
